1. How do I enter the giveaway?
Every purchase you make on our website earns automatic entries into the current giveaway. The number of entries depends on the package or item selected. No purchase necessary — you can find free entry instructions in the Official Rules.


2. How do I know my entries are counted?
Right after checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing your order details and the exact number of entries earned. You can also log in to your account to view your total entries anytime.


3. When is the winner selected?
Each giveaway has a clearly posted end date. Once it closes, all eligible entries (both purchase and mail-in) are combined and submitted to an independent third-party drawing company for random selection. Winners are typically announced within 7–10 business days after the giveaway ends.


4. Is the drawing really random?
Yes — 100%. All drawings are conducted by a certified third-party sweepstakes administrator to ensure full transparency and fairness. No employees or affiliates of Drive Your Dream are eligible to win.


5. Can I enter without making a purchase?
Absolutely. “No Purchase Necessary” means you can submit a mail-in entry following the instructions in the Official Rules. All entries, paid or free, are treated equally in the final drawing.


6. How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days from the time of purchase. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your package is on the way.


7. What if I need to cancel or change my order?
We process orders fast, but if you need to make a change, contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.


8. What’s your refund policy?

9. How will I know if I won?
The winner will be contacted directly via email and phone by a verified Drive Your Dream representative. We will also publicly announce the winner on our official website and social media pages once eligibility verification is complete.
