At Drive Your Dream, every purchase directly supports the sweepstakes and charitable partnerships that make our giveaways possible.
Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase on driveyourdream.org, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Refunds or Cancellations
All payments are processed immediately at checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified — for any reason.
This includes situations such as:
Changing your mind after purchase
Accidental orders or duplicate orders
Dissatisfaction with entry outcome or drawing results
Please double-check your order details before submitting payment.
2. Digital Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase showing your order details and the exact number of entries earned.
This confirmation serves as verification that your order and entries have been processed successfully.
3. Entries Are Non-Transferable
All sweepstakes entries associated with a purchase are tied to the purchaser’s name and account.
Entries cannot be sold, transferred, or refunded once assigned.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@driveyourdream.org within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or store credit for verified issues.
Please note: This does not apply to sweepstakes entries or digital-only purchases.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order and entries constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to revoke entries and ban accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
